How long does deposit take? What to do if it takes unusually long?
Digital asset transfers require a 3-step procedure:
Request > Confirm > Credit

Requests: User initiates a deposit using our platform or wallet.
Confirm: Network confirmation(s) is required. Network congestion may occur and extend confirmation time.
Credited: Once the deposit is confirmed. We will credit the amount as soon as possible.

If the deposit is not yet confirmed, please be patient. It might be due to network congestion, but we cannot credit your deposit without confirmation.
If the deposit has been confirmed but your account has not yet been credited, please submit a ticket or contact our customer service team for help.

How long does withdrawal take? What to do if it takes unusually long?
Once you have requested a withdrawal, the status will be shown in your account:
Awaiting withdrawal: request submitted, now pending confirmation (Waiting time may increase due to network issues)
Manual verification: as determined by system, further confirmation is required. Our customer service officer will call to verify the details
Withdrawing: your withdrawal is now being processed and cannot be interrupted. Please be patient
Withdrawal successful: the process has been completed. You may check your balance of your receiving account
If the transfer is not credited within 48 hours after withdrawal success, please submit a ticket for help
