1. What if I forgot my account password?
You may reset your password by using your email address or mobile number.
Go to Fokawa home page, click “forgot password” in the login box and follow the instructions. For APP users, you may tap “forgot password” and reset via mobile.

2. How to change my account password?
Log into Fokawa, go to “Settings > Security > Login Password”. Click “Modify Password” to change your password.

3. How to recover my admin password?
Log into Fokawa, go to “Settings > Security > Admin Password” and click “Forgot”. An email will be sent to your email inbox. You may follow the instruction to reset the password.

4. How to change my admin password?
Log into Fokawa, go to “Settings > Security > Admin Password” and click “Modify”. For APP users, you may go to “Profile > Security > Admin Password” to modify.

5. How to enable Google Authenticator?
Log into Fokawa, go to “Settings > Security > SMS Verification” and select “Google Authenticator”. You may read the “Guide” for detailed instructions.

6. How to disable Google Authenticator?
Send an email to support@Fokawa.com with the headline “Disable Google Authenticator”. Please also provide pictures of your ID used for verification (front and rear view). Then submit a ticket under “Feedback” to notify us.

7. How to change email address?
