After you complete the payment and click the ‘Payment Made’ button, the ‘Contact seller’ button will appear immediately. Click to chat with the seller instantly.

After the payment is completed, if the seller has not confirmed for more than 24 hours, the system will automatically release the tokens to the buyer.

If you cannot reach the seller, you could also click ‘Appeal’ button at the bottom of the order page, upload payment receipt and submit the appealing form. Our Customer Service will help to follow-up with the seller. Meanwhile, tokens involved will be frozen temporarily.
